Returns
Returns are not accepted. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include a clear photo showing the problem. If the problem persists through multiple deliveries, we advise using a different address during checkout.
Damaged Prints
If you receive a print that is damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include the following:
1. Photo of the shipping label
2. Photo of the entire package
3. Photo of the damaged prints.
This information will be sent to our partnered print shop who will assess the images and send a replacement if eligible.
Limitations
Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or issues reported after the 15-day window. We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on the information provided.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, contact us. Include your order number and any relevant photos to help us assess the issue. We are a two-person team, and refund or replacement requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as we’re able. Thank you for your patience.
