Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from the United States by a two-person team. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Processing time may vary depending on order volume.

Domestic Delivery Time

Once shipped, domestic sticker orders typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.

International Delivery Time

International orders may take 3 to 6 weeks to arrive. Delivery times can be affected by customs processing, international transit, or local carriers, and we are not responsible for such delays.

International Delivery Fees

Customers outside the United States, such as those in the European Union, may be required to pay VAT and/or customs duties upon delivery. These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and collected by local postal services or couriers. We recommend that customers check their country’s customs and import fees before placing an order.

Combining Multiple Orders

If you've recieved your tracking number, this means your order has been packaged and cannot be combined with other orders. If you place an order and want to combine it with a second order, please email us promptly. 

Print Orders

Prints are fulfilled separately by a local print shop and will arrive in a separate shipment. You may receive your print order before or after other items in the same purchase.

Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment date (3 months for international orders), contact us. We do not issue refunds or replacements for missing packages reported after these timeframes. Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements. In those cases, please contact USPS or your local postal service.

Shipping Costs and Duties

Shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
